Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mapping the Word! 

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

• Orders placed after 5 PM EST on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday). 

• We do not ship or deliver on weekends or major holidays. ​

• Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate for all domestic orders. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days. 

• Expedited Shipping: $10 flat rate for all domestic orders. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days. 

• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $50. 

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days. 

• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

• Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes on international orders. 

• We cannot ship certain items to select international destinations due to restrictions. Restricted Items include: digital downloads, online courses, custom items, unsealed printables.

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

• We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
