Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase and are refunded by in-store credit or to the original method of payment.  To initiate a refund complete the refund request form located at mappingtheword.com/refundrequest

Refunds will be given for unused, unopened (for printed goods) tangible products.  Digital downloads, online courses, used items, packaged templates/paper items and customized products are NOT eligible for refunds.  Proof of purchase is required at the time of completing the refund request form.
